Shipping options and delivery times

We offer shipping services to Australia and New Zealand. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey. Please allow 3–5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your order is still in transit more than 25 business days after the shipping date, please contact our support team for assistance.

Order processing information

Order queue

After your payment has been processed, your order will enter a waiting queue for 12 hours before being sent to our fulfillment center. During these 12 hours, you can change order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.

Multiple shipping addresses

Our fulfillment partners only ship to a single destination per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with different addresses.

Since all items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States, the price shown on the website is the final price, and you will not be subject to additional taxes. For specific queries regarding customs, please contact our support team.

Important shipping notes

Your shipping process can be expedited by:

• Providing complete and valid payment information (order by direct debit or credit card)
• Supplying exact shipping addresses

Please note:

• We are not responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address or returned to the sender due to address errors.
• If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and request forwarding or redirection of your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel becomes lost, stolen, or damaged.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a generous 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Return Labels

Return Process

• Order number and full name
• Proof of purchase (order information screenshot)
• Reason for return (acceptable reasons include: damaged goods, wrong product issues)
• Photos or video of the defective or damaged product (where applicable)

Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), we’ll send you an email confirmation that your return process is complete. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 9 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

No, we don’t accept exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

Our return shipping policy is as follows:

• Customers do not pay return shipping costs for defective products
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products
• Shipping costs are not refundable if the customer ordered the wrong product
• Customers return products by mail
• We do not charge restocking fees on returns

For all exchanges and returns, you must submit a video or image of the product as received, clearly showing that the product was ordered from us and clearly indicating any product issues.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 9 days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.

Delivery Information

Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete, including street name and house number. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear any resulting losses.
