Refund & Exchange Policy

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item (such as unraveled seams, holes before washing, or incorrect items), we will:
- Provide a replacement product or
- Issue a refund, including delivery charges
- Cover return shipping costs with a prepaid return label
If you have entered an incorrect address or need to change a product variant after the order has shipped, we cannot modify your order or provide a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as some transactions may take additional time.
